Paid-search arithmetic
Actions may be fractional in a model; actual people and outcomes are not. An action is not necessarily an inquiry, sale or qualified lead.
Calculations stay in this tab. Nothing is sent to the website or saved to browser storage. Refreshing or resetting clears the scenario.
How the planner works
Reserve = total budget × reserve percentage. Available budget = total − reserve. Each channel receives a share of the available budget proportional to its weight. Displayed channel amounts use cents; a final-cent adjustment keeps the displayed total consistent.
The paid-search scenario divides the paid-search allocation by your assumed cost per click, then multiplies estimated clicks by your assumed action rate. It does not estimate revenue, account for every expense or recommend a channel mix. If you allocate nothing to paid search, the scenario has zero clicks and actions.
Use it as a conversation starter
Compare more than one set of assumptions. Include production, tools, taxes and operational capacity in your wider plan. Platform billing and daily spending controls need separate checking in the relevant account.
