BRIGHTREACHDIGI / CLEAR BY DESIGN
Privacy policy
What we collect, what we do not, and the choices available to you.
Scope and responsible brand
This notice describes data handling on BrightReachDigi at brightreachdigi.online. The responsible publishing identity is BrightReachDigi. It covers this website, not third-party sites reached through a link. Updated November 7, 2026. The contact form is the active route for privacy questions; the listed address [email protected] is not yet verified as an operating mailbox.
Contact messages
If you use the form, we receive the name, email address and message you provide, an acknowledgement of this notice, a reference code and a submission timestamp. Messages are saved to private server storage for manual review. No email notification is sent by this release. We use this information to consider and respond to the request where operationally possible, not to subscribe you to a marketing list. Please do not include passwords, payment details, government identifiers or sensitive personal information.
Essential security and cookies
The contact page creates a temporary first-party session cookie named brd_session to protect the form and show a receipt. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure when served over HTTPS. It expires at the end of the browser session, subject to browser session restoration. A keyed hash derived from the connection IP address is used in private rate-limit records; the form does not store the raw IP in enquiry records. Rate-limit records older than one day are removed on the next application request. The private hash key remains on the server to support this security control.
Retention and server operation
Enquiry records older than 30 days are removed by the application on the next application request; a maintenance command is also provided to the operator. Temporary session files older than one day are removed the same way. Web hosting and Cloudflare may process connection information, including IP addresses, requested URLs and security events, to deliver and protect the site. Their operational logs are managed separately under their configurations and policies. Hosting backups, if created by the operator, may retain copies until their own rotation completes.
No optional tracking in this release
This release installs no analytics, advertising, remarketing, social tracking pixels or third-party font requests. The budget planner calculates in your browser and does not transmit or persist your entries. No nonessential cookies are set, so an accept-or-decline tracking banner is not needed for the current implementation. If tracking is added later, this notice and any required choice mechanism must be updated before it is enabled.
External services and future advertising
Following a source link leaves this website and brings the destination’s privacy rules into scope. Google explains advertising technologies and cookies at policies.google.com/technologies/ads and provides ad controls at adssettings.google.com. These links are informational; their inclusion does not mean this website currently loads Google advertising scripts. We do not sell contact-form information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your requests and choices
You can choose not to submit the form. To request access, correction or deletion, use the contact form and provide the minimum context needed to identify your prior request. Mention its reference code if you have it. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing personal data. Applicable rights depend on your jurisdiction; where California, European or other privacy laws apply, mandatory rights remain intact. No particular response time is promised while manual contact operations are being established.
Children, security and changes
The site is intended for a general business audience and does not knowingly solicit personal data from children under 13. If a child’s data was submitted, request removal through the form. Access to private records is intended to be limited to the website operator and necessary hosting support. No system is risk-free. Material changes to data use will be reflected here, and any required consent must be obtained before a new use begins.
